You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Within 30 days, please log into your account and access order history.
Select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 working days.
1.3 Refund processing
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be routed back to your original payment method.
2. Exchange policy
2.1 Exchange conditions
You can apply for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
Exchange items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Select the item you want to exchange and provide the reason for the exchange.
Our customer service team will review your exchange request within 3 working days.
2.3 Exchange processing
Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the new item as soon as possible.
If necessary, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges.
3. Precautions
We do not accept return or exchange requests for damaged goods due to personal reasons.
For returns due to quality problems, we will bear the relevant shipping costs.
